Club Membership renewal

Don’t forget if you haven’t already done so that it’s time to renew your membership

Door entry key fob

The new door entry key fobs will start to be distributed to members from Friday 8th November (see separate email)

2024-25 Car parking permits

These will be issued at the same time as the door entry key fob, rest assured your old car parking permit will be valid until Saturday 30th November……..your new 2024 – 25 permit must be displayed from Sunday 1st December

Box Leagues

It seems that 7 weeks hasn’t been long enough for players to get 5 or 6 games played with some players being heard saying that the end of the month “just crept up”…..Lol, with a rush of players getting there remaining box games completed this week even ones that are suffering from cold symptoms who really should not be on court shows the commitment ALL our players give the box leagues, I take my hat off to you all, thank you.

Please check that you have registered your scores either on the paper score sheet or the mycourts system.

The paper score sheets will be removed from the notice board on Monday 4th November (early am)

Friday night is club night

Courts available from 5.20pm continuing until late, just turn up, Play and Socialise with other likeminded club players.

There will be a 10-minute time limited to each pair of players on court, straight into warming up and then playing with no limit on where the score ends up, once the 10 minutes has been reached the alarm will sound and the next 2 players can go on court to play there 10 minutes.

A £2 light fee will be charged for all players attending regardless of how many games they play

Food will be

Various Pie’s served with chips and pea’s or backed beans, (gravy and vegetarian Pie’s will also be available)

Please make sure you place your order at the bar on arrival to club night as all Pies will be limited and cooked to order,

The Club T shirt is available to purchase from Hurty Bar for £15, these will be available in S, M, L, and XL if you’re not sure of the size you require, samples are available to view and try before you buy from Hurtys Bar, available NOW….!!
