Club Membership renewal

Just a reminder for those members that have not yet paid their 2025/26 membership fees, it is now £155 (as set out below)

Please be aware that on November 30th any member that has not renewed their membership will find that they will not be able to gain enter to the club as your electronic fob will automatically default to “access denied”

The membership fees for this year are detailed below:

Existing Members: £145.00 if paid by 31/10/25 (£155.00 if paid by 30/11/24)
New Members: £145.00 (prorata if during the subscription year) + £25 Joining fee ( includes key, fob and parking permit)
Student Members (18 - 21 in full time Education): £50.00 if paid by 31/10/25 (£55.00 if paid by 30/11/24)

Carpark Permits

The new Carpark permits for members that have paid have renewed their membership are now available from the bar, your old permit will be valid until the 30th November, but from the 1st of December any car – van - motorcycle displaying the old permit or no permit at all will be issued with a fine that will not be revoked, it is every members responsibility to display a valid permit clearly in the windscreen.

Box League matches

For new players that want to be included in the leagues please let me know so that I can include you in the new boxes that will be published shortly and run up to Sunday the 14th December.

Any player that are presently in the leagues and have not played any of their games in the last 8 weeks will be dropped from the boxes without warning….this does not include players that are injured and notified me, you have been warned……

Quiz night

The Quiz night is back by very popular demand, put Saturday 6th December in your calendar, Ben Crozier is coming back, not sure who is the maddest, the club for inviting this very funny lunatic back or Ben himself for wanting to entertain us yet again.

You don’t need a team of 6 players as we will integrate any-person, couple or quadruplets into a team / table of 6 for this fantastic evening of fun

Friday night club night

Club Night Food

Beef Mince chilli + Rice

Classics like the Sausage Baguette, Veggie Burger, Spicy Bean Burger and chips will also be available.

Courts available from 5.20pm continuing until late, just turn up, Play and Socialise with other likeminded club players.

There will be a 8 or 10 minute time limited to each pair of players on court, straight into warming up and then playing with no limit on where the score ends up, once the 8 or 10 minutes has been reached the alarm will sound and the next 2 players can go on court to play their 8 or 10 minutes.

A £2 light fee will be charged for all players attending regardless of how many games they play
