Box Leagues

The clock is still ticking on getting all your box games completed... just 9 days to go, if you cant play your games please let the other players in you box know that you cant play, don't just ignore their messages, texts or emails.

Racket Ball Club Night

It is with regret that we have had to shelve the Racket ball club night for the time being, there just was not enough players turning up on a Thursday evening 7.30pm slot. We do hope to be able to restart this in the future with a earlier start time than the 7.30pm we had at present. I would like to hear your thoughts on the way forward so that we can reinstate a Racket Ball Club Night.

Up and Coming Events

AGM

The AGM is on Monday 24th April @ 7.30pm in the club bar area. Everyone is invited to attend I hope we get as many of the Club Members as possible to attend to have their say, on how the club is run and how they would like to see the club run going forward into 2023/24. Notices of the AGM now posted on all notice boards around the club

“Rhythm and Blues” Club Social Night
Put Saturday 29th April 2023 in your Diary… as on this night we will holding a Club social night with live music from “The Muddies” a “Muddy River Soul and Blues Band” Free tickets are available from the bar or contact myself to reserve your free tickets

Parking Permits / Parking

Please make sure that you clearly display your parking permit in full view on the dashboard as you might find that a penalty notice will land on your doorstep if you fail to do so. We have got a lot better, but still we have some members that park there cars in the front parking bays blocking empty spaces in front of them closes to the club, please be considerate to all our members that use the carpark for both playing squash and popping into town shopping.

Front Door

Please could you ALL be very vigilant in making sure they Club front door is both closed behind you when entering the club and if you happen to be the last person to leave the club making sure that the door is shut and double locked (day or night)

Friday Night is Club Night

As usual the club night will start at 5.30pm until late playing a quick-fire game of first to 15 (American scoring) then rotating against other club players. A £2 light fee will be charged for all players attending

The mouthy Chef is having a break this week from food, but rest assured that Hot food will return TO "Hurty's Bar" next Friday

Racket Grips and Balls

Karakal squash Grips £2.60, Dunlop squash balls £2.90, Karakal Black and Dunlop Blue Racket balls £4 (black) and £3.80 (Blue) These are now available to purchase from the Bar
