Friday Night is Squash Club Night + Thursday Night is Racket Ball Club Night

Racket Ball Club Night

Don’t forget that the club will be holding a “Racket Ball Club Night” on Thursday evening at 7pm,
If you have never tried Racket Ball come down to the club Thursday and give it go, we have a couple of spare rackets behind the bar, the regular Racket Ball players will be more than happy to explain the rules (If required) and get on court with you to have your very first game, so there is no excuse for not giving it a go. The Bar will be open from about 6pm and depending on numbers going forward food could become available just like Fridays Squash Club Night (watch this space)

Squash Club Night

Friday Club Nights food this week will be “Chicken Curry”, Rice and Naan Bread if anyone who would like a meat free version please contact me before 12pm Thursday or you will be disappointed on the night, a real bargain at £6 with any drink. Contactless payment of the club night fee of £2 will be introduced.

Club News

The Bar will be “Contactless” for all purchases from Friday the 10th February, we will however have some £1 coins behind the bar available for the light meters if required.

Court Light Meters.

We are looking at making the Light meters contactless in the future, but we are unable to find the best device that is more beneficial to the members and club than the Machine provider (we will keep you posted)

Looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible on both Thursday and Fridays club nights to have yet more enjoyable social evenings of Racket Ball and Squash, chitter chatter and of course the odd Beer or two at “Hurty’s Bar” discussing the “Good Old Days”

Please Members, due to your tremendous support for these evenings don’t forget to park responsible (back spaces first) so that all members turning up can park.
