Its good to see that Graham Appleby is back on court playing racket ball following a major hip operation, word from the changing room is that he is now quicker than before and well on the road to a full recovery, watch out all you racket ball players. Bumped into a very happy Darren and Donna Seal last week who inform me that thier son Harrison following surgery 2 weeks ago on his knee is also on his way to recovery, all be it a much longer road to travel with the hope to playing golf in 6-7 months (fingers crossed) but being on a squash court not until possibly 2025 or even later……. we wish them both well in their full recovery.

Some of you would have seen the new canopy that’s been installed above the main entrance door, many thanks to Phil Fray and “Baby George Fray” for getting the canopy ordered and installed.

Friday Night is Club Night

What can I say about the tremendous support that our members give to club night other than a massive “THANK YOU”

Week in week out, you Gals and Guys turn up, play a bit of squash, eat my food, drink until I kick you out, listen to some very dodgy music, and still you keep coming back for more……Think the free Limoncello and Toffee Vodka might play a small part in that…. But please keep supporting the club night its great to see you all enjoying yourselves.

As usual the club night will start at 5.30pm until late playing a quick-fire game of first to 15 (American scoring) then rotating against other club players. A £2 light fee will be charged for all players attending

This is priced at £7.50 which also includes any drink from behind the bar
