Club Internet

Like most members the club is always looking for a better and fairer deal on all our utilities and internet providers and as a result we have found a far better internet deal that our present provider could not match or was not willing to match so we have taken the decision to move our business elsewhere.

On Friday 14th feb our internet will be switch over to the new provider (Sky) and it is hoped that there will be little or no disruption on Friday when this is done, as we will receive a new router you will need to re-sign into the new system to receive the Wi-Fi, the new pass code (if required) will be on notice boards around the club.

Club Quiz night 22nd March

Yes we are at it again, inviting into our club the totally bonkers quiz master Ben Crozier who will have you all chuckling away with his unique way of quizmastery, (not a real word) if past quiz nights are anything to go by this is a evening not to be missed, you don’t have to have a degree in Quantum Physics, but if you are able to hum the “Quantum of Solace” theme tune, guess what vegetable is wrapped up in newspaper (not as easy as it sounds) or even building the tallest structure out of just masking tape and A4 paper this is the quiz night for you

If you can get a table of 6 together happy days, if not, don’t worry we will team you up with other members, cost for all this fun is just £5 per person

Club Night Food is Back…….

Food this week (again) is Pie + chips + Peas (various fillings available ask at the bar on arrival)

Friday night is Valintine club night (no secluded tables, roses or moody lighting available)

Courts available from 5.20pm continuing until late, just turn up, Play and Socialise with other likeminded club players.

There will be a 8 or 10 minute time limited to each pair of players on court, straight into warming up and then playing with no limit on where the score ends up, once the 8 or 10 minutes has been reached the alarm will sound and the next 2 players can go on court to play their 8 or 10 minutes.

A £2 light fee will be charged for all players attending regardless of how many games they play
