Front Door

Happy to report that the entrance door has been fixed, and it now closes on its own, that said its for all members to make sure that the door is firmly closed behind then when they leave the club.

Club Quiz night 22nd March

We have had a great initial response to the quiz night and I will be looking to confirm numbers (teams) during March,

If you can get a table of 6 together happy days, if not, don’t worry we will team you up with other members, cost for all this fun is just £5 per person

Club Night Food is Back…….

Red Thai Chicken Curry + Rice

Pie + chips + Peas (various fillings available ask at the bar on arrival)

Friday night club night

Courts available from 5.20pm continuing until late, just turn up, Play and Socialise with other likeminded club players.

There will be a 8 or 10 minute time limited to each pair of players on court, straight into warming up and then playing with no limit on where the score ends up, once the 8 or 10 minutes has been reached the alarm will sound and the next 2 players can go on court to play their 8 or 10 minutes.

A £2 light fee will be charged for all players attending regardless of how many games they play

Box Leagues

With a very good percentage of games played the box games are proving to be very competitive with some great games being played and a few surprise results

The new Box Leagues will go live on Friday 28th Feb and run until Sunday 6th April

I will also try to clarify “rules” on the issues of players not replying to requests to play their box games or seem to be always unavailable to play on requested days and not offer an alternative date
