Box League 2 (of 6) 2023
Hi Everyone,
The Box Leagues have gone LIVE
You should all be able to see the leagues via the web portal, we have a few new players added to the boxes, Geoff Bew, Jack Burren and returning player Nigel Millins, with these additional players we now have 4 box leagues of 5 players and 1 box of 6 players, which is fantastic growth over the last year and I thank you all for your commitment to these box leagues.
I will post a paper copies of the boxes on the notice board by next Friday so that if you have difficulty logging your score it can be manually recorded on these.
Don't forget we will be implementing a 2 up and 2 down process i.e…… the bottom 2 players in League 1 will drop to league 2, The top 2 players in league 2 will go up to league 1, The bottom 2 players in league 2 will drop to league 3, etc this process will be applied across all 5 box leagues.
Up and Coming Events
AGM
The club will hold its annual AGM on Monday 24th April @ 7.30pm in the club bar area.
Everyone is invited to attend I hope we get as many of the Club Members as possible to attend to have their say, on how the club is run and how they would like to see the club run going forward into 2023/24.
Notice of the AGM has now been posted on all notice boards around the club
Social Events
We will shortly be announcing a date and times for a couple of events held in the club bar on a Saturday evening, one with Live music from Colin Dyce's Rhythm and Blues band as well as a very popular "Horse racing night"
And don't forget if I am in the club "Hurtys Bar" will be open
