Hope all is well with you all,

I would like to send out a very big congratulations to Kasia and Ian Watson who finally tied the knot on Saturday, and on behalf of the all the members and committee we wish them continued happiness for the future.

Squash Team Recruitment

As most of you will know that the club has two squash teams that play during the summer and winter months, playing other clubs around the Kent and the North Kent area and are looking for additional players to boost the teams depth and to bring on any players that would like to try a bit of team squash, if any member is interested and would like more details please contact John Hogwood on 07799412819

Annual Australian Walk-a-Bout

Hurty is still on his holidays and Friday night club night will be hosted by the following members on the dates below

10th October Phil Fray

17th October Brendan Touhey

24th October Hurty (returns)

Many thanks to these members that are covering while I’m away, look forward to seeing you all again on the 24th October where food will be back on the menu (Kangaroo Burgers, Box Jelly Fish Soup, Crocodile Sandwiches and Deep Fried Red Back Spiders Legs, just a sample of the cuisine that will knock you out dead)

Friday night club night

Courts available from 5.20pm continuing until late, just turn up, Play and Socialise with other likeminded club players.

There will be a 8 or 10 minute time limited to each pair of players on court, straight into warming up and then playing with no limit on where the score ends up, once the 8 or 10 minutes has been reached the alarm will sound and the next 2 players can go on court to play their 8 or 10 minutes.

A £2 light fee will be charged for all players attending regardless of how many games they play
