Weekly Club News 90th Birthday

MSC 90th Birthday Celebration

Saturday 13TH September 2025

On this day the Club will be celebrating its 90th Birthday and we will be holding a members only Squash / Racket Ball Competition with a unique game format, open to all members of any standards to participate in a fun afternoon of squash and racket ball

We would like to get as many squash / racket-ball players as possible involved in this celebration of the clubs landmark 90th Anniversary, so come on all you secret Racket Ball players put you names on the list and show us how good racket ball is.

Free unlimited sherry will be available all day and into the evening to help all members celebrate long into the evening,` just as they did at the inauguration of the opening of the squash club back in 1935 when I believe the club was called the “Maidstine County Squash Club” or something very similar.

To Enter the Squash / Racket Ball Competition please enter your Name on the entry form that is now on the notice board or contact Vaughan Hill on 07930753538, don’t forget to put your T-Shirt size and what section you would like to play in Squash or Racket Ball

The days’ time table of events are as follows

Squash / Racket Ball Competition 12noon until 5pm

Afternoon B-B-Q during the squash and racket ball competition from 3-30pm to 6.30pm

Evening of Music and Dancing 7pm – midnight

The Bar will be open from 9am serving unlimited Free Sherry to all members wishing to celebrate this milestone in the club’s history (other Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic beverages also available on request)

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "maidstonesquashclub@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
