Good Morning Members

Car parking Permits

It has been noticed that we still have some cars being parked in our carpark with out of date Car parking permits, these might be members that have not yet renewed their membership or just photocopies from past club members etc, as previously warned these offenders may recieve a PCN (parking charge notice)

Box Squash Leagues

As some of you would have notice that the Box leagues have been extended to Sunday 31st December, if all players can make sure that the games that they have played are logged on the Mycourts app or on the paper copies on the club notice board that will be greatly appreciated

This weekend’s Bar opening times

Saturday 23rd Dec 11.59am until late (Please enquire at the bar about available food)

Sunday 24th Dec 11.59am until late (Please enquire at the bar about available food)

Essential Building Maintenance

Following an inspection of all roofing, guttering and down pipes around the outside of the building it was recommended that we replaced a lot of guttering and down pipes, resealed the flat roof between the two apexes, and cleared all other debris (leaves and moss) from the rain water hoppers. This work has now been carried out and we hope we have prevented any water ingress into the club over the coming months / years, we will also intend to put in place an annual inspection of the roof and guttering to help maintain keeping the building as water tight as possible.

Regards

Darren
