The New Door Entry System is now LIVE
How to use the New Door Entry System
On arrival at the Club present the fob to the reader on the outside wall to right hand side of the door. You must also be using the new parking permit from this date as well. Without a fob you be unable to enter the Club. The electronic lock will remain open for 10secs giving you time to open the mortice key doorlock as usual. The keypad lock will no longer be in use and will be either removed or at least disabled. On leaving the Club press the green button adjacent to the door to the left to release the lock. Make sure the door closes firmly behind you.
If you lose or damage your fob there will be a £5 fee to replace it. If you lose or damage your door key there is a £10 fee to replace it. Each fob is unique and personalised to each member, so in the event of finding one, the member can be identified. This will be useful if we find a bunch of keys with a fob left in the Club.
Any member that has not collected their new fob and car park permit (just 14 members) please contact Darren T to arrange a convenient day and time to collect your fob, like wise if anyone experiences difficulties trying to enter the club.
