Thursday Night is Racket Ball Club Night
Friday Night is Squash Club Night

Good Evening All Members

Some very exciting News with the introduction of a “Racket Ball Club Night” this will take place on a Thursday evening at 7pm, the first “Racket Ball” club night will be Thursday 9th February.
If you have never tried Racket Ball come down to the club next Thursday and give it go, we have a couple of spare rackets behind the bar, the regular Racket Ball players will be more than happy to explain the rules (If required) and get on court with you to have your very first game, so there is no excuse for not giving it a go.

The Bar will be open from about 6pm on Thursday night and depending on numbers going forward food could become available just like Fridays Squash Club Night (watch this space)

Friday Squash Club Nights food this week will be “5 Bean Chilli with Rice and Garlic Bread”
if anyone would like a meat free version please contact me before 12pm Thursday to avoid disappointed on the night, a real bargain at £6 with any drink.

Due to the success of the newly installed card payment system the Bar will become a cashless Bar from Friday the 10th February, that also includes the £2 lights fee at club nights, we will however have some £1 coins behind the bar available for the light meters if required for games outside of the Club Nights.

Light Meters.
We are looking at making the Light meters contactless in the future, but we are unable to find the best device that is more beneficial to the members and club than the Machine provider (we will keep you posted)

Looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible on both Thursday and Fridays club nights to have yet more enjoyable social evenings of Racket Ball and Squash, chitter chatter and of course the odd Beer or two at “Hurty’s Bar”

This is just the beginning of a very exciting 2023
