Building Security / Windows

Could all members please make sure that if you open a window, that you shut the window when you leave the club, also as a reminder that if you are the last person to leave the club please double lock the front door.. this is not always being done

Car Parking

Please could all members using the carpark please park in the parking bays closest to the building first, we have some members that still block out these parking bays when they are just popping to the shops for 2-5 hours.

Parking permits must be visible at all times with the name of the permit holder clearly visible so that they can be contacted if anyone gets block in, all members telephone numbers are available through the members directory or a alternative contact number can be clearly seen in the windscreen.

The parking cones seem to be doing a fantastic job in dramatically reducing the number of rouge parking, please keep up the good work of replacing the cones once you have parked

Regards
